Attend a Small Group Meeting and Learn More!

We will being holding a series of small group meetings to further discuss the project.
Sign up and Attend.

What will be on the agenda for these small group meetings?
The meeting will start with about 20 minutes of presentation followed by time for questions and discussion. We will keep the meeting to 60 minutes.

Why are you doing "small group meetings" versus a big "town hall" meeting?
We have planned small group meetings to give residents the opportunity to ask their specific questions about the road project and the SAD process.  Sometimes town hall meetings become swamped with questions from only a few attendees. We want every resident to have the opportunity to ask their unique questions!

Should I prepare for the meeting?
Obviously there is no requirement to "prepare," but many residents will find it helpful to review the Roads project website, www.villageroads.org, prior to the small group meeting.  There is also information in the summer Village bulletin.  Please bring your questions so we can discuss. Whether you have 10 questions or you just want to listen, we hope you attend.

How will these meetings be conducted?
We are neighbors and we want to work together to solve our road problems, treating each other with respect (wouldn't that be nice if they had some of that attitude in Washington!). In other words, this is an informal discussion with neighborhood volunteers.

What if the times I would have preferred are taken?
We will continue to hold these small group meetings throughout the fall as needed.
